Flexibility is king when it comes to surfing. Why? Well, a loose surfer is less likely to sustain injury and being able to bend like a rubber man opens up a world of performance possibilities.
Think about the range of motions you go through when surfing, your body has to tolerate some high stress scenarios – and maintaining a degree of flexibility can act as a solid foundation for help improve your surfing.
