Surf conditions at 7.40a.m. on Friday 15th February 2013:
It's a calm and bright morning that's greeting us today, the lightest of winds rustling onshore, giving the three to four feet of surf a little sloppy look to it.
The light westerly breeze is forecast to calm even more while gradually slipping further to the south as the day goes on, making for milder temperatures, cleaner waves and generally spring like conditions!
Right now it's not all that great but give it a couple of hours and it should be a whole heap better!
And it's looking like a good start to the school half-term holidays for the groms! Check our weekend forecast, you'll like it!
So to celebrate the groms being on the loose, we are doing a little 'GROM SALE!' No, we're not selling the little beggars, we are reducing all of our Grom lines by 25%!! So, if the little surfer in your life is keen, then now is the time to check out our boards, wetsuits, boots and gloves, clothing and all sorts!
