SAN CLEMENTE, California (Wednesday, September 10, 2008) - The Boost Mobile Pro pres. by Hurley is a go for the third successive day today. The last 12 heats of Round 3 and the first six of Round 4 are slated to be surfed at Lower Trestles today.

Eight-time ASP World Champion and current ratings leader Kelly Slater (USA) will meet 2000 ASP World Champion and wildcard Sunny Garcia (HAW) in Heat 8 of Round 3 and reigning ASP World Champion Mick Fanning will meet wildcard Yadin Nicol (AUS) in Heat 9.
